At KEF, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your KEF products in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure safe transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
